WIT 101 Eight Keys To Unlocking You
Each week we will dive into topics that will help challenge and stretch each woman to grow into becoming a wife after God’s own heart. At the end of this eight-week course you will have all the keys needed to understand your thoughts and patterns in a more wholistic way.
WIT is a small community of women that supports, guides, and holds one another accountable in the search to find marriage.
Through this program women will cultivate the fruits of the spirit and learn how to implement them in marriage. These skill sets are referred to as “Wife Muscles”. Some of the wife muscles strengthened in WIT are grace, humility, compassion, patience, kindness, gentleness, and self-control. These muscles will help prepare women for the winding roads within their future marriage. It will help women to see past the fairytales that they have been taught and lead them into the reality of what God desires in marriage. The foundation that WIT builds will teach women to develop a staying power in their marriage.
Included in the WIT course is one mandatory private counseling session. These sessions are designed to intimately discuss any areas of clarity, concerns and/or discomfort that you may be experiencing in your life. In your sessions you and Erica will tackle issues, talk through solutions, and determine the best outcome for your situation. The one-on-one counseling sessions are where individual, deep digging and processing takes place.
Throughout this course there will be 8 weekly support group meetings. The support group is designed to discuss topics with a community of likeminded women. Erica will facilitate diverse topics, known as “keys,”. These keys will begin to help each lady grow stronger in her strengths and recognize and tackle her weaknesses.
Erica will collaborate closely with each woman to teach them how to implement the practical assignments, group discussions, and revelations from the private sessions. These revelations will help to strengthen wife muscles that are needed for a successful marriage. As the wife muscles are strengthened there will begin to be a shift of perspective.
WIT 101 helps to dive deeper into the core of you, this dive helps to better prepare you for wifehood. Each week you will receive a virtual key to help you unlock who you are at your most natural state. At the end of the twelve-week course you will have all the keys needed to understand your thoughts and patterns in more wholistic way.

Here's some testimonies from women on their WIT journey!
WIT has been a transformative source in my life. From the sisterhood developed, to the revelations that have brought peace and joy. My perspective and understanding of what a wife entails has been elevated through the WIT program. Erica has challenged me to think outside of what I understand wifehood to be while the ladies have supported and comforted me along the way. I am better in tune with who I am as a woman, and I am by far better equipped with the fundamentals in what a true Spirit-led wife possesses. The amount of growth expressed by those around me compliment the differences in not only how I date, but who I choose to date. I am more secure in my decisions. I no longer allow my fear of getting hurt to hinder me from stepping into faith in my pursuit to find love. I never knew how much I robbed myself of this opportunity until I joined WIT and now, I can confidently say, I am ready to be the ordained wife God designed me to be towards my future husband.
There are few experiences that I have had over the course of my life that have been transformative and life changing. I am happy to say that being a part of WIT will be included as a new life altering experience. This will forever change the way I view relationships and the role that I play in them. I joined this group in a romantic relationship deficit. As we continue to work through these steps as a group, I am confident that I will be able to manage relationships in a much better way. Even in the unknown of my pursuit for Godly marriage, I know that God is putting me in a position to receive what he has for me wholeheartedly. I cannot wait to be able to put a stamp on the wedding invitation that I will mail to you in the future.
WIT has helped me find inner healing, sisterhood, accountability and has helped me acknowledge the desire to be a wife. It has also helped me cast out fears about marriage that I developed while growing up. WIT has provided me with a safe space to be who I am and have loved and accepted me with my flaws. I believe the world would be changed from this level of information through the community of others and the instruction from Erica. The way she walks out her calling is so beautiful, it brings tears to my eyes.
I came into this group not knowing what it would be like. I said to myself that if this was just going to be a “how-to” on serving your husband as the head of the house, I would not stick around. From the very first week, I knew it was different. As time went on, I realized this wasn’t focused on the husband much at all but on us as individual Christian women and how we relate to others. This was something I desperately needed. To understand me, understand how God created me and to recognize the attributes that God didn’t put in me. I am grateful for Erica igniting the desire to learn more about me so that in turn, I can be the woman, the wife, God has called me to be.
I started off this group healing from a traumatic relationship, with not much hope in any men. Through the term of this semester, I’ve found myself stretched, challenged and completely transformed by this experience. My closest friends and family are floored by the change they see in me, not only in dealing with relationships but the way that I carry myself and see the world as a whole now. I’ve been transformed from cynical to compassionate, a hard heart to operating from a space of vulnerability and awareness of self. The friendships I’ve formed with these ladies are the biggest answered prayer. So much so that I am sure it could only have been God that brought us all together. Each lady has brought a strength to the group that adds an element of healing and wisdom that without wouldn’t be complete. I can’t say enough amazing things about the WIT program. In addition with the group I have started seeing Mrs. Erica for added counseling sessions and plan on continuing in the future to continue growing in wisdom and grace.
WIT has been encouraging and has helped to provide personal development. WIT has been a Godsend because I prayed for community & I found it. Being with this community of women has helped me to grow with women in all walks of life and find accountability in my own personal journey.
WIT has allowed me to build a sense of connection with positive women who love God and who want healthy relationships. I am able to make daily and weekly connections with women who love God on various platforms. The weekly discussions, engagement and especially the vocabulary have been very insightful. I would recommend WIT because of the advice and the emotional support that is offered. Sometimes learning to trust yourself can be a work in progress but the support offered with this community helps
Before joining WIT I always desired marriage, you know I was born to be a wife…lol But having the access to learn from seasoned wives who can be completely transparent telling you the good, bad and ugly about marriage is invaluable and I’m grateful to have been blessed with this opportunity. Growing up my idea of marriage was what I saw on Disney, this group has helped me to unlearn my fairytale expectations and look at marriage from a biblical perspective the way in which God wants us to view marriage. I recently got saved so dating as a Christian is new to me and I want to do it properly. I’m happy God has blessed me with a community to better equip me to do so!
WIT has been a sense of community of like minded women seeking to live God’s way in relationships. I have been able to hear different perspectives from the ladies desiring to become wives as well as relate to many perspectives shared by Erica and share my experience as a wife as well. I think the group was very insightful to help those wanting to be wives learn and understand just what married life is about and dispel some of the negative connotations that being married can have.
WIT has changed my life ,in all aspects. My expectations were to help me be a better woman and a more understanding woman. Throughout the WIT journey, I have learned to recognize patterns and learned behaviors that have molded me into be the woman that I was and that I no longer wanted to be. I have a better understanding of what my role as a believer is and how I can apply that to my everyday life as well as romantic relationships.
WIT means so much to me! I enjoy every meeting and every lesson I have learned. WIT is helping me prepare to be a God loving wife. In the past I was taught the wrong way to love and I know a lot of others have been taught that also, they need to hear the truth. Since I have been a part of WIT I have started giving more grace in everything that I neglected to give grace in before WIT
Journeying toward Godly wifehood cannot be done alone. You NEED community. Women to come alongside you and lift you up while also holding you accountable. Only God has all the answers, but together and in community we can share our truths with one another to strengthen our walks and grow closer to who God has called each of us to be. Matthew 18:20 now takes on a new meaning for me. I have taken strides to embrace this.My expectations were exceeded. There is truly space for everyone and through the various platforms used, the encouraged readings, the dynamic and vulnerable conversation, the accountability, and the soul scouting questions graciously posed by Erica- this group is mindblowing. Erica goes above and beyond to ensure we all get something from being here. And as one of the less active women across our mediums of communication, I still feel seen and valued as a member of this community. That is a big deal
